We are looking for a Quality Systems Lead to join our team at a state-of-the-art aluminum mill in Mississippi. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong background in aluminum processes to help with the start-up and commissioning of our new facility.

The Quality Systems Lead will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and other OEM quality programs. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams and managing documentation to meet customer expectations.

• Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and other OEM quality programs.
• Act as the primary quality system contact for OEM and other customers.
• Manage QMS documentation, including procedures, quality work instructions, SOPs, and records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality management actions.
• Identify and address quality-related issues within the organization.
