The Quality Inspector will be responsible for conducting inspections, interpreting blueprints, and utilizing measuring instruments to maintain quality control processes.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections with micrometers, calipers, and pin gauges.
- Conduct functional tests on products and documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Maintain quality control and assurance procedures.
- Perform visual inspections and monitoring for quality standards.
- Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for inspections.
- Assemble and inspect products according to GD&T standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in inspection and quality control.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation
- Skills in using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers.
- Knowledge of GD&T tolerancing.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Competence in using measuring tape.

The work environment for this role in Lancaster, Pennsylvania is non-climate controlled and requires safety gear. The position operates on the first shift, Monday through Friday, with specific working hours provided. This is a Contract position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
