Responsibilities:

• Inspect parts using PCMM, CMM, and manual tools.
• Maintain organization of CMM machines and software.
• Record dimensions for First Article Inspection.
• Provide exemplary service in manufacturing processes.
• Monitor manufacturing routing for quality compliance.
• Maintain proper paperwork for job selling.
• Support efficient parts inspection throughput.
• Spot check critical dimensions on the shop floor.
• Adhere to quality system requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in inspection and quality control.
• Proficiency in using manual inspection tools.
• Knowledge of CMM operation and metrology.
• Understanding of GD&T.
• Experience with Verisurf/Pdimis software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
