The role involves overseeing multiple projects, coordinating with external consultants, meeting clients, and handling construction administration tasks. The position requires a proactive approach to managing project timelines and ensuring quality deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Coordinate with external consultants for document alignment
- Engage with clients to understand project requirements
- Execute construction administration tasks and handle RFIs
- Review drawings, submittals, and payment applications
- Supervise junior staff members
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Architecture or related field
- Valid NJ Architectural License or in the process of obtaining one
- Minimum 10 years of construction document experience
- At least 5 years of public sector production experience
- Proficiency in AutoCad for design and construction documentation
- Familiarity with various construction systems
