Job Overview:

We are looking for a Plant Project Engineer / Lead in the Toa Alta, Puerto Rico area to oversee complex engineering projects, provide technical expertise, and mentor junior engineers.

Job Details:

This role entails leading engineering projects, developing innovative solutions, and serving as the main technical contact.

Responsibilities:

Apply technical standards and principles to lead projects.
Develop new techniques and procedures autonomously.
Create technical documentation for projects.
Offer technical support for project activities.
Provide field engineering oversight.
Lead multiple project phases.
Act as the prime technical contact in the bid/evaluation process.

Requirements:

Experienced in the field.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant area.
Plant Management skills.
Commissioning experience.
Regulatory Affairs / Compliance knowledge.
