Job Overview:

The Product Control Specialist role requires a candidate with machine operating experience in a metal stamping environment, responsible for running various punch presses including progressive dies.

Job Details:

This position involves setting up and operating straight side presses, performing operations like blanking, bending, and forming based on blueprints, and maintaining production efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

• Set-up and operate straight side presses 60 tons and up, including servo presses.
• Perform operations such as blanking, bending, punching, and forming based on blueprints.
• Read and understand blueprints, routing sheets, and work instructions.
• Measure completed work and verify conformance to specifications using shop math.
• Maintain production efficiencies of 80% or greater once trained.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience in the metal stamping industry.
• Two (2) years of manufacturing experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Other Details:
