Job Overview:

We are currently seeking Experienced Production Operators for an overnight shift in Springfield, Missouri. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity for growth within a dynamic team.

Job Details:

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for handling finished products, packaging, and collaborating with the team to achieve daily production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Handling Finished Products: Dumping finished caulk into buckets, palletizing, and documenting quality checks and inventory.
• Packaging: Placing caulk into boxes and ensuring proper labeling.
• Team Collaboration: Working with the production team to meet daily goals.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year in heavy manufacturing/production or construction/labor.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 40-50 lbs regularly and work in a challenging environment.
• Safety: Must be clean-shaven for respirator use.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.

Other Details:

This position requires initial training during the day shift from 8 AM to 4:30 PM for the first week. Subsequently, regular shifts will be from 5 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday.
