Job Overview:

We are looking for an Operating Room Equipment Assembler in Lombard, Illinois, to join our team. This role involves assembling medical systems racks, building customer racks, and assisting senior-level technicians with quality assurance.

Job Details:

The Operating Room Equipment Assembler will be responsible for the assembly and production of medical systems racks, following ISO procedures and GMP.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble operating room equipment and production medical systems racks.
• Build customer racks using port maps or wire diagrams.
• Assist senior-level technicians with testing, diagnostics, and quality assurance.
• Load and secure racks for outbound shipment with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff for equipment kitting.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:

• 1-3+ years of technical experience.
• Experience in electrical assembly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
