We are looking for a skilled Set-Up Technician to join our team in Fredericksburg, Virginia. As a Set-Up Technician, you will be responsible for conducting tooling set-ups to support the injection molding process and ensuring equipment generates good parts.

Job Details

The Set-Up Technician will perform equipment set-ups, adjust machine parameters, troubleshoot production problems, and monitor product quality to optimize processes and cycle time.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment set-ups including installing injection molds
• Adjust machine parameters to correct defects
• Troubleshoot production problems with process engineering
• Collect and enter data to support procedures
• Handle robot programming and optimization
• Clean barrels and grinders

Requirements

• Mechanically inclined
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Computer skills including MS Office
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good communication skills in English
• ITAR compliant
