Responsibilities:
- Plan and ensure compliance with governance processes for Procure to Pay.
- Design the procurement organization to meet company needs.
- Optimize the Procure to Pay process for efficiency.
- Collaborate with process owners to implement best practices.
- Develop and manage KPIs for procurement organization.
- Oversee annual budget and long-range plan for procurement department.
- Perform other necessary duties.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, supply chain management, or related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in procurement operations.
- Experience in a world-class procurement organization.
- Strong business judgment, financial acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
