Job Details:

Manage a team of procurement managers overseeing the procure to pay process, inventory management, and transactional activities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and ensure compliance with governance processes for Procure to Pay.
• Design the procurement organization to meet company needs.
• Optimize the Procure to Pay process for efficiency.
• Collaborate with process owners to implement best practices.
• Develop and manage KPIs for procurement organization.
• Oversee annual budget and long-range plan for procurement department.
• Perform other necessary duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, supply chain management, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in procurement operations.
• Experience in a world-class procurement organization.
• Strong business judgment, financial acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
