Job Details:

The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining decorators, changing plates and inks for new production runs, and ensuring optimal print quality. This role also involves communicating issues to production personnel and following safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Maintain decorators for optimum print quality
Change plates, inks, and materials for new production runs
Safely operate decorators for optimal output
Document material issues and seek resolution
Communicate issues to production personnel and managers

Requirements:

Ability to distinguish colors and visual defects
Experience with electronically controlled presses
Effective communication skills at all levels
2 years of relevant experience
