As an Automated Powder Coat Technician, you will be responsible for setting up machines, inspecting parts for defects, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting issues that arise during the coating process.

• Operate automated powder coating equipment for metal products.
• Set up and adjust machines to meet coating specifications.
• Inspect parts for surface defects before coating.
• Ensure even coating application and meet quality standards.
• Maintain and clean coating equipment regularly.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and production issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols for handling hazardous materials.

• 2 years of experience in powder coating.
• Experienced in blueprint reading and product inspection.
• Ability to perform mechanical maintenance and equipment operation.
• Prior experience in monitoring and ensuring safety standards.

• Competitive salary range of $44,850 - $52,000 per year.
• First-shift work hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
• High school education requirement.
