We are looking for an experienced Plumber for a manufacturing opportunity focused on modular homes for multi-family living, senior living, and hospitality developments. This role involves installing plumbing systems in a production environment.

Job Details

The position requires the installation of water, vent, and waste pipes, along with appliances and fixtures, in modular units. The Plumber must have knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing for new builds.

Responsibilities

• Install various pipes and fixtures in modular units
• Assemble and connect pipes using appropriate tools and materials
• Read and interpret blueprints for plumbing layouts
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and functionality
• Lead and supervise plumbing crews

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing
• Ability to read blueprints and understand plumbing applications
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Minnesota Journeyman or Master License
