Job Details:

The Workflow Planner is responsible for scheduling inbound and outbound orders, coordinating order processing, monitoring daily workloads, maintaining records, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule all Inbound and Outbound orders in company systems
  • Report and correct inventory shortages
  • Coordinate order processing with appropriate personnel
  • Monitor workload and prioritize tasks for timely completion
  • Communicate and resolve discrepancies in deliveries
  • Prepare outbound paperwork and maintain records
  • Collaborate with customer service and other team members

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED with 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with materials handling and radio frequency equipment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems is preferred
