Job Details:

This role involves advising Management on people-related matters, executing proactive change management, ensuring compliance with labor-related legislations, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and contributing to strategic workforce planning and acquisition.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English and Japanese (business level)
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Background in Project Management
• Knowledge of Labor Legislation and Employment laws
• Experience with Agile methodology and automation tools is advantageous
