We are seeking multiple candidates to provide technical support for IT assets in preparation for a Windows 11 upgrade. This role involves assisting end users with various technical support tasks to ensure smooth installation of new hardware and software.
This position will involve delivering, unboxing, and setting up new hardware, assessing installation quality, imaging PCs and laptops, placing QR codes, and performing non-technical support duties.
This assignment is anticipated to be 12-15 months long with non-traditional work hours as needed. Travel to smaller clinical sites may be required during the project.
