Job Details

As an Industrial Sign Painter, you will be responsible for designing, preparing, and applying paint or coatings to create visual signage. The majority of your time will be spent painting sign cabinets and poles, with an additional focus on painting the front of signs.

Responsibilities

• Design and apply paint or coatings for visual signage.
• Create large-scale signs, murals, and painted surfaces.
• Ensure durability, legibility, and safety of painted surfaces.
• Paint sign cabinets and poles (75% of the time).
• Paint the front of signs (25% of the time).

Requirements

• 1-2 years of industrial or automotive painting experience.
• Proficiency in painting techniques and preparation.
• Ability to handle inventory count and sign painting tasks.
• Experience with sanding, using a spray gun, and working in a paint booth.
• Familiarity with automotive body, industrial paint, and Matthews paint.
• Capable of lifting up to 50+ pounds.
