Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Packer to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Packer, you will play a key role in supporting our industry-leading customer by ensuring product specifications are met and packaging finished products. This is a full-time, first shift position with limited mandatory overtime.

Job Details:

The primary responsibility of the Packer will be to read and interpret production sheets, prepare packaging for finished products, conduct quality inspections, and package products neatly into boxes or bulk for distribution. This role will require attention to detail and adherence to product specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret production sheets for product specifications
• Prepare packaging for finished products, including labeling and pallet building
• Conduct quality inspections and document findings
• Package finished products neatly in boxes or bulk
• Report any concerns promptly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a packing or manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret production sheets accurately
• Attention to detail and quality-focused
