We are looking for Order Selectors to join our team in Anoka, Minnesota. Experience is not necessary as we provide training for this role. The ideal candidate will thrive in a performance-based compensation environment and be comfortable working with an electric pallet jack in a freezer setting.

Job Details:

As an Order Selector, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipping in a cold environment. Heavy lifting is required as orders need to be properly palletized or boxed for transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Select and assemble orders accurately
• Operate an electric pallet jack
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Adhere to safety guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse duties

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a cold environment
• Comfortable with heavy lifting
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations
• Strong attention to detail
