Job Details:

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of departmental plans, investigating and resolving system issues, monitoring performance, enforcing safety regulations, managing costs, and directing continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead departmental plans for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Analyze and resolve system issues, administer policies, and monitor performance.
• Enforce safety regulations, plan for maintenance, and control costs.
• Establish an effective employee environment, provide training, and tools for success.
• Direct continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements:

• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experienced in business operations and overall operations management.
