• Select, train, supervise, evaluate, and motivate subordinate staff
• Control manpower efficiently through planning and organizing
• Monitor station performance and package handling
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide necessary management support for station operations
• Coordinate deliveries with outside Ground Agents
• Inform subordinates on company policies and personnel-related issues

Requirements:

• Two years College Degree/Equivalent
• Proficiency in English (600 TOEIC points)
• Five years business experience, including two years in airline or transportation industry
• Previous supervision/management experience in service industry preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong human relations skills
• Valid Driver's License with good record
• Able to travel
• MAESTRO certification required
