Job Overview:

We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in Wasilla, Alaska. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for providing maintenance and support plant-wide for machine repair and general machine maintenance.

Job Details:

The role involves troubleshooting and performing proper repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment in a high-speed molding environment. Additionally, the Maintenance Mechanic will be involved in the installation of piping and rebuilding molding equipment as per manufacturers' recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Follow proper GMP guidelines
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical equipment
• Install and replace piping as required
• Rebuild molding equipment according to manufacturers' recommendations
• Fabricate guarding and brackets for equipment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in boiler room, air compressor, and HVAC preferred
• Experience in the food industry strongly preferred
• Associates Degree minimum OR 3-5 years of experience
