Job Details:

We are looking for an Associate Manufacturing Technician to manage assembly operations and oversee the production of reliable products in Lakeland, Florida.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate assembly processes and provide guidance to team members.
Strictly follow digital assembly work instructions and schematics.
Inspect and ensure accurate connections for flawless components fit.
Assemble mechanical, optical, and electronic components in a controlled setting.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in distribution, warehouse, or related field.
Ability to complete multitask processes and document work accurately.
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
Adherence to safety protocols, including equipment operation.
