Job Details:

The Manufacturing Engineering Technician will be responsible for assisting with equipment installations, providing technical support to customers, building relationships with clients and colleagues, and participating in design meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Support equipment installations and troubleshoot assembly torque tools
• Provide prompt and professional technical assistance to customers
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
• Install programming equipment with various software suites
• Be the main point of contact for equipment commissioning and ongoing support
• Participate in design meetings to discuss customer projects
• Build relationships with vendor partners
