Job Details: As a Manufacturing Engineer, your primary responsibility will involve improving large engine assembly processes through tooling design, documentation updates, and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support New Capital Introduction (NCI) activities.
- Drive daily continuous improvement (CI) initiatives on large engine assembly processes.
- Design and implement new tooling to address assembly challenges.
- Procure assembly line parts via NexGen.
- Collaborate with various departments to manage job follow-ups using systems like LLumin and B-Zone.
- Write tool orders (RFE and SWO) for Facility Engineering.
- Work in a combined office and shop floor environment interacting with team members for project collaboration.
Requirements:
- Microsoft O365 proficiency.
- Experience with tool design software such as CAD, Creo, Catia, etc.
- Desired skills in Project Management, Data Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis.
- College education required.
