Job Overview:

We are seeking 2 experienced Maintenance Technicians for an apartment complex in Lombard, Illinois. HVAC and EPA certification are required for this full-time opportunity where candidates will be on call for 2-week rotations.

Job Details:

The Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for addressing service requests, conducting make-readies, performing appliance changes, drywall repairs, and various maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting HVAC units.

Responsibilities:

• Run service requests to fix items in apartment units
• Conduct make-readies for new residents
• Change out appliances, cabinetry, etc.
• Perform drywall and sheetrock repairs
• Clean grounds, pools, assist with maintenance tasks
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units
• Handle appliances, plumbing, electrical, painting, and sheetrock repairs

Requirements:

• Experience in Make Ready processes
• Hands-on HVAC experience
• EPA certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a background check

Other Details:

The working hours for this role are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates with 1-4 years of experience in maintenance are preferred.
