Job Details:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for addressing equipment breakdowns, conducting mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance, responding to maintenance requests from the production team, and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and perform necessary maintenance.
Respond to maintenance requests from the production team.
Maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
Read and understand basic documentation such as equipment manuals, drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
Use digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and basic hand tools proficiently.
Complete work in a cGMP compliant fashion with all associated paperwork.
Utilize Office 365 products, particularly Word and Excel.

Requirements:

Experience in mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
Proficiency with digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and basic hand tools.
Knowledge of cGMP compliance and associated paperwork.
