Job Overview:

We are currently seeking Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shifts at our facility in Medina, Ohio. Ideal candidates should have a journeyman card or equivalent experience in maintenance machine repairs within a manufacturing setting. This position offers competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Job Details:

We have immediate openings for Maintenance Technicians on 2nd and 3rd shifts, with starting pay set at $29.95/hr. Candidates with a journeyman card can take a mechanical assessment test after 60 days for a potential pay increase to $32.85/hr. Non-journeyman technicians have opportunities for pay raises after 90 and 135 days.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints for equipment maintenance.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Additional tasks may include pipefitting, welding, or fabricating materials.

Requirements:

• Journeyman card or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of industrial machine repair in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform mechanical repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
