Job Overview:

Join our team as a Maintenance Mechanic in the automotive seat manufacturing industry in Detroit, Michigan. You will play a crucial role in maintaining production lines and resolving mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to ensure seamless operations.

Job Details:

As a Maintenance Mechanic, your primary responsibility will be to address immediate operational issues in our Tier 1 Honda Supplier facility. You will work with a variety of machinery, including robotic welders and tube benders, to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the continuous operation of production lines.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
Perform simple electrical troubleshooting and component replacement.
Read Ladder Logic and make minor modifications.
Operate on a 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm) or 3rd shift (10pm-6:30am).

Requirements:

1+ years of industrial maintenance experience or military maintenance background.
Proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
Ability to read meters and ideal to have PLC troubleshooting skills.
