Job Details:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for following instructions to perform various maintenance tasks, including lifting heavy objects, painting, and adhering to reporting protocols. The work hours are Monday to Friday from 7:15 AM to 3:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with moving furniture and equipment
• Clean and maintain outdoor grounds
• Perform basic maintenance tasks like painting
• Lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Complete mandatory online training
