We are looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ballwin, Missouri. This role involves overseeing electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks on third shift, leading a team of technicians, and troubleshooting industrial machinery.

This is a permanent position with a focus on Electrical/Mechanical troubleshooting. The work hours are from 10pm to 7am, Monday to Thursday. The individual should have expertise in PLC's, motors, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

• Oversee daily electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, ensuring safety and adherence to industry standards.
• Coordinate and lead a team of maintenance technicians.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in industrial machinery and control systems.
• Repair or replace faulty components like motors, switches, and transformers.
• Identify opportunities for upgrading electrical systems to improve efficiency and safety.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance.
