Job Details:

As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a maintenance team, scheduling preventive maintenance tasks, installing new equipment, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining facilities and equipment according to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation and maintenance tasks for manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Director for weekly scheduling.
• Supervise and train maintenance employees.
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in manufacturing maintenance management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and maintenance systems.
