The Maintenance Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing Parts Administration and Service Counter Support at our branch(es). Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory, supporting maintenance service operations, and analyzing processes to drive profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Service Net Planner and schedule service appointments.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely parts ordering.
  • Analyze process performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer support.
  • Assist in additional projects and tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, degree preferred.
  • 2 years of customer service and operations experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
