The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for completing maintenance customer service tasks, managing inventory levels efficiently, and supporting the branch financial manager in contributing to overall branch performance and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Service Net Planner and handle PMs campaigns, repairs, and scheduling.
- Oversee inventory productivity and ensure optimal inventory levels through effective parts ordering.
- Perform process analyses to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with branch teams and handle other tasks as assigned by managers.
- Provide superior customer service and communication to internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, degree preferred
- 2 years of customer service and operations experience
- Competent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
