The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting branch profitability. This role encompasses Parts Administration and Service Counter Support.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Service Net Planner and schedule pickups for maintenance services.
  • Oversee inventory productivity to support timely service and minimize inventory loss.
  • Analyze and review processes to improve maintenance profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer support.
  • Complete projects and tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, degree preferred.
  • 2 years of customer service and operations experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
