Job Overview:

We are looking for skilled CNC Machinists to join our manufacturing team in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts. Our focus is on quality over quantity, with lot sizes typically ranging from 1 to 30 pieces.

Job Details:

The CNC Machinist role involves setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts. You will work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure the quality and accuracy of the parts produced.

Responsibilities:

Prepare CNC machines for operation, including loading and securing materials.
Perform precision measurements using micrometers and calipers.
Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the machining process.
Conduct regular maintenance of CNC machines.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist/Mill Setup professional.
Experience with lathes and mills, including 3-6 axis machines.
Ability to read and interpret G & M code programs.
Proficiency in using micrometers and calipers.

Other Details:

Our machine shop operates from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Second-shift employees receive an additional $5 per hour.
