This role involves running, repairing, and maintaining Molding Machinery on the first shift, with the opportunity for a direct hire position and excellent benefits, including profit-sharing bonuses.

Job Details:

The ideal candidate should possess experience in hot runner tools, mold repair, and be able to read blueprints and mechanical drawings. Own tools are required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Performing scheduled product changes, maintenance, and repair of molds
• Fitting new tools when necessary
• Conducting routine maintenance tasks on molds
• Managing tool inventory and replacement
• Handling other related assignments

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience with hot runner tools and mold repair
• Familiarity with hot runner controller systems
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
