Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Colton, California. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant equipment with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position with 2 shifts available and limited mandatory overtime.

Job Details:

The Machine Operator will be responsible for addressing complex issues across various equipment models and failure levels. Tasks will include troubleshooting, repairing machines and plant equipment, and fabricating machine parts using a variety of tools.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair machines and plant equipment
• Perform tasks based on work orders, sketches, or verbal instructions
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and machine tools
• Fabricate machine parts utilizing machinist, welding, and mechanical maintenance skills

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
• Ability to work with various tools and equipment
• Strong mechanical maintenance skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
