We are seeking an Office Coordinator in Aurora, Colorado to greet visitors, manage shipments, maintain inventory, assist in office administration, and support special projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and guests and direct them appropriately.
  • Manage incoming shipments, organize procurement documents, and update inventory.
  • Create packing slips and labels, log shipment transactions, and assist in packing.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, email communications, and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Maintain the filing system and provide general office administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Costpoint ERP System or similar inventory management system preferred.
  • High School education required.
