Responsibilities:

• Address service inquiries and provide information on quoting, proof of insurance, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Maintain open communication with Insurance Advisors and Client Service Associates, promptly responding to account inquiries and handling insurance-related queries.
• Support Client Service Associates in managing insurance renewals when necessary.
• Deepen understanding of coverage variations among insurance carriers to assist in crafting optimal insurance proposals.

Requirements:

• Associate degree
• Two or more years of insurance experience or related background
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
