We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative in Portland, Oregon to handle personal lines insurance policies, including auto, home, and umbrella coverage. A Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License is mandatory for this role.

Job Details:

This is a temporary position with the potential for a permanent role in Portland, Oregon. The schedule is Full Time, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm with a competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities:

  • Service and manage personal lines insurance policies
  • Review and complete insurance applications
  • Make changes to policies as required
  • Provide home and auto insurance quotes
  • Process payments and handle incoming calls
  • Perform any other duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience
