Job Overview:

We are looking for an HR Admin/Coordinator for a temporary position in a busy setting in Pompano Beach, Florida. This role has the potential to become permanent and offers a pay range of $25-$30 per hour based on experience. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Details:

The key responsibilities of this role include data entry, new hire orientation, compliance management, communication support, benefits coordination, and handling additional projects as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Process time-sensitive data and transactional requests
  • Prepare new hire orientation material
  • Maintain compliance documentation
  • Support company-wide initiatives and events
  • Advise on HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate FMLA, LOA, Workers Comp claims
  • Support additional projects as required
Requirements:
  • Experience with ADP-HR and HRMS
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience with New Hire Orientations
  • Familiarity with Workday
  • 3 years of experience
  • Experienced level
