Job Details:
This position requires overseeing daily HR functions, providing administrative support, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and promoting a positive work culture.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR functions, including onboarding and benefits administration.
- Provide administrative support to production and plant management teams.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Assist with timekeeping and records management using SAP (preferred).
- Promote a positive work culture and address employee concerns effectively.
- Assist with Safety meetings, investigations, and processing WC claims.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR or related field.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
