Salary: Earn an average of $125 per day + tips
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Experience Level: Entry-level to Experienced

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and compassionate care for children in the family’s home in Phoenix AZ,
• Help children with homework and other educational tasks (optional),
• Organize and engage children in age-appropriate activities,
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s daily needs and progress,
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment,
• Perform light household duties related to child care (e.g., preparing meals, tidying up play areas)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must love working with children
• Be respectful, responsible, and kind
• Previous nanny or babysitting experience preferred but not required
• First aid or Red Cross certification is helpful
• A valid driver's license and ability to drive kids in Phoenix is a plus
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United Arizonas
• Must pass a background check prior to being hired
