Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing strategies to improve performance at the Ridgewood store.
• Supervise team members, set performance expectations, and identify training opportunities.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, product freshness, and inventory management.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure exceptional service.
• Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring new employees for the Ridgewood store.
• Monitor compliance with policies, inventory procedures, and cash handling practices.
• Ensure store signage and merchandising align with company standards.
• Participate in budgeting, payroll, and loss prevention efforts.

Physical Demands

• Lift and stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Experience:
  • 3+ years in a retail environment (management experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with inventory, cash handling, and customer service leadership.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to interpret policies, manage budgets, and ensure team performance.
