Join our team as a Freight Handler in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting freight across the dock area to and from trailers for loading and unloading.

Job Details:

As a Freight Handler, you will perform freight handling using various motorized and manual equipment, verify documentation, secure freight inside trailers, and assist customers with freight and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Transport freight using forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck.
• Verify freight documentation matches description.
• Secure freight in trailers with appropriate tools.
• Complete required documentation and reports.
• Assist customers with freight and documentation.
• Comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience in warehousing and freight handling preferred.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move varying weights.
• Team player with previous dock/warehouse experience preferred.
