The position entails full case order picking, pallet retrieval, quality control, loading and unloading, sorting products, and maintaining storage accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Full case order picking for replenishment, customer orders, and packaging components.
• Pallet retrieval and storage in narrow aisle bulk rack system.
• Quality control to ensure transaction accuracy.
• Loading and unloading pallets and cases from trucks and conveyor lines.
• Sorting and building products on pallets to meet customer expectations.
• Applying shrink wrap to pallets using machinery.
• Performing pre- and post-equipment checklists.
• Conducting daily cycle counts and inventory maintenance tasks.
• Assisting in other distribution tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating basic material handling equipment.
• Compliance with safety gear and fall protection requirements.
• Ability to work at heights and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
