Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Electrical Foremen to supervise solar electrical installations in Smyrna, Georgia. You will oversee crews, manage projects, and ensure efficient and safe completion of electrical work.

Job Details

The role involves managing both underground and above ground solar electrical installation work for a self-perform solar project. Reporting to the Construction Manager and Superintendent, you will lead teams and provide project oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee underground and above ground solar electrical installations.
• Manage on-site workers.
• Provide project oversight under senior management direction.
• Ensure efficient and safe completion of electrical project portions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Perform conduit bending and wiring tasks.
• Pull and install electrical wiring.

Requirements

• Electrical installation and management experience.
• Proficiency in conduit bending and wiring.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
• Experience in reading blueprints and schematics.
• 5+ years of solar electrical experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• OSHA 10 certification.

Other Details

The work will be conducted at a solar project site in Smyrna, Georgia, with shifts from Monday to Friday starting at 7 AM. Daily safety talks and outdoor work clothing are mandatory on-site.
