Job Details:

The Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of food safety and quality programs in alignment with regulatory requirements, SQF code, and customer standards.

Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance and management of Compliance & Quality Assurance programs
• Utilize auditing, statistical analysis, and trend evaluation for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Production team to enhance quality programs
• Guide production group based on key performance indicators
• Improve business objectives by following corrective actions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in food safety and quality management
• Knowledge of government regulations and SQF code
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
