We are currently looking for a skilled Flexo Press Operator to join our team in Goose Creek, South Carolina. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining flexographic printing presses to ensure high-quality label prints. The primary responsibilities of the Flexo Press Operator include setting up jobs efficiently, maintaining safety standards, troubleshooting printing challenges, and ensuring high-quality production runs. This role requires experience in flexographic printing and machinery repair within a fast-paced printing environment.

• Properly set up jobs with Press Assistant
• Conduct routine maintenance to promote machine stability
• Monitor printing process to maintain quality
• Assist in training team members
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Collaborate with other departments on projects
• Focus on Continuous Improvement, Quality, and Customer Satisfaction

• HS Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of Flexographic Printing experience
• Previous experience in the print industry
• Proficiency in troubleshooting printing challenges
• Ability to lift and differentiate colors accurately
